- Unlock a level by completing the preceding level.
- Unlock the Attack of the Clones door by completing Negotiations.
- Unlock the Revenge of the Sith door by completing Negotiations.
- Unlock the A New Hope door by completing the Super-Kit.
- Complete the Super-Kit by collecting True Jedi Status on all levels.
- Complete a normal Minikit by collecting all 10 Canisters in the respective level.
- Unlock Free Play Mode for a Level by completing it in Story Mode.
- 100.0% is indiscernible in this game because there is no counter, but the logical thing to do would be to buy everything, get all True Jedi Statuses, and complete all the Minikits.
- Reward for 100.0%: Nothing.

- Unlock a level by completing the preceding level.
- Unlock the The Empire Strikes Back door by completing Secret Plans.
- Unlock the Return of the Jedi door by completing Secret Plans.
- Unlock a Bonus Door by beating all the levels in the Episode.
- Unlock the Bounty Hunter Missions by unlocking Greedo, Boba Fett, IG-88, 4-LOM, Dengar, and Bossk.
- To earn a Gold Brick...
- Every level has four: Beat it in Story Mode, earn True Jedi Status for Story Mode, earn True Jedi Status for Free Play Mode, and complete the Minikit.
- Super Story, Character Bonus, and Minikit Bonus for each Episode.
- The 10 Bounty Hunter Missions.
- Purchase 8 in the Cantina.
- Complete a normal Minikit by collecting all 10 Canisters in the respective level.
- Unlock an Extra by collecting the respective Red Power Brick.

- Unlock Indiana Jones by watching the Indiana Jones trailer in the Bonuses Room.
- Reward for 100.0%: Custom characters now have High-Jump (in I, II, and III), Jedi, Sith, Blaster, Bounty Hunter, Imperial, Shortie, Protocol, Astromech, and Hover abilities.

- Unlock a level by completing the preceding level.
- Unlock Temple of Doom and The Last Crusade by completing Lost Temple.
- Complete a normal Artifact by collecting all 10 Treasure Chests in the respective level.
- Unlock an Extra by collecting the respective Parcel.
- Unlock Free Play Mode and Challenge Mode for a Level by completing it in Story Mode.
- Get 100.0% by buying everything, getting all the True Adventurer Statuses, getting all the Parcels, completing all the Artifacts, and completing the three bonus levels.
- Reward for 100.0%: Studs of all colors rain throughout the hub.
- Unlock Han Solo for purchase by finding C-3PO (hidden in Lost Temple), Luke Skywalker (hidden in Into the Mountains), Chewbacca (hidden in City of Danger), Princess Leia (hidden in Free the Slaves), and R2-D2 (hidden in Desert Ambush).

- Unlock a level by completing the preceding level.
- Unlock Arkham Asylum hub by completing one full set of levels in the Hero Missions.
- Complete a normal Minikit by collecting all 10 Canisters in the respective level.
- Unlock an Extra or Suit Upgrade by collecting the respective Red Power Brick.
- Unlock Free Play Mode for a Level by completing it in Story Mode.
- Unlock Hush for purchase by rescuing all 25 Hostages.
- Unlock Wayne Manor by completing all the Minikits in the hero story.
- Unlock Arkham Asylum bonus level by completing all the Minikits in the villain story.
- Get 100.0% by buying everything (except Ra's al Ghul and Data), getting all Red Power Bricks, completing all the Minikits, getting all the Super Hero and Super-villain Statuses, and completing the two bonus levels.
- Reward for 100.0%: Ra's al Ghul unlocked for purchase. All Data except the very last one is unlocked. If you purchase virtually everything except that last Data, that last Data is unlocked for 4,000,000,000 studs.
