Pursuing the Ark is the fifth level from LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. It is the fifth level of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Story[]

Indy and Marion comically dispatch several troops that attempt to stop them, then fight their way through the German camps in order to retrieve the Ark. They find the Ark onboard a transport plane, but have to battle a tough Enemy Boxer who obstructs their way. The boxer is decapitated by one of the plane's propellers, and Indiana and Marion discover that Belloq, Major Toht and German military strategist, Colonel Dietrich have loaded the Ark onto a truck and driven away. Sallah shows up in time with his own truck to help Indiana catch up to the German truck, board it, finally retrieve the ark and send Belloq, Major Toht and Colonel Dietrich's car to a screeching halt in the desert. Indiana and Marion say goodbye to Sallah as they board a cargo ship captained by Captain Katanga, who has agreed to transport the Ark. The ship is stopped by a German submarine. Enemy soldiers board the ship and take both the Ark and Marion, with Indiana hiding in a vent, then swimming onboard the submarine, while being cheered on by Katanga who salutes the archeologists' efforts.

Walkthrough[]

You start in the German camp. Take a blue box to a green pad and use a ladder to reach a blue box and take it to the green pad where you put the other one. Then use a shovel to dig out small bricks and build a rail that you will have to take to another green pad, then move a car to destroy and build another rail. Then you a shovel to be able to dig up another rail and take it to its place. With all the blue boxes put in the green pad, build a crane to put a heavy object on one platform to raise the other. Then climb between the heavy object and the platform to reach a part where you will have to switch to the other character to push the cart and allow the other to cross, then build a grapple point to allow the other to climb. Then get on a whip and have the other character get on the other to lower a bridge and enter the next area.

In the next area, defeat an Enemy Officer to put on a hat and go to the enemy access to open the door. Then build a fan and put it in a green pad, then get on a platform and get on the whip to build a key. Then use a shovel to dig up a chest and hit the chest to reveal a key, then turn the key you put down earlier to move the whip to get to the other key. Then turn the key to move the whip to reach the lever and it will activate to drop the fan and put it in the green position to go to the next area.

In the next area, you will face the boxing enemy. It will be impossible to spend all his health on blows, so you will have to use the anvil to lower his health. Then get on the plane to destroy the truck and build another anvil to spend another heart of his health. Then do the same again to go to the final area of ​​the level.

In the final area of ​​the level, wait for a truck to come and defeat all the enemies so that the driver gets to the fight. Defeated to get on the truck and accelerate to reach the others. Reach the truck that contains the ark to hit the car of the bad guys and finish the level.

  • Fast Build Parcel
    • (F) With the crane, take the other character to a platform and switch to him/her to get the parcel. Then use a character with explosives to activate a lever and reveal stairs that will allow you to reach the mailbox with the parcel.
