LEGO City Undercover[]

Blue is Chase McCain's first lead in the game, sneaking into Albatross in hopes of finding out how Rex escaped prison in the first place. At first, Chase suspects Blue helped the master criminal escape, only to be told that Rex owed Blue for the hot tub he smuggled inside. As such, Blue helps Chase through the prison and gives him the Robber disguise in his cell. He contacts Chase through a phone disguised as a croissant for the entire level.

In the Albatross Island overworld, he's always sitting around the basketball court until another prisoner annoys him enough to leave. Despite still being owed, he doesn't harbor much hard feelings for Rex, ending his call with asking Chase to tell Rex he said hi.

The player unlocks him as a playable character in the Albatross prison level, using a Construction Worker disguise to fix the elevator power box and climbing up the rope to the prison's third storey. Then the player must go to the kitchen area and use the Police Communicator to find a stick of dynamite. Blow up the door with the dynamite barrel in front of it to get Blue's token.

Quotes[]

  • "I've had better days, sonny."
  • "No! No I am not Freeman. His lawyers might be watchin'."
  • "What's the matter, Heywood? You don't like your new car?"

Trivia[]

  • Blue is a reference to Morgan Freeman's character, Red from the film, The Shawshank Redemption
  • If the player returns to Albatross at any point, another prisoner can be seen asking Blue if he's Morgan Freeman, only to be constantly told no
  • In the game's unused dialogue trees, it's revealed the reason Blue got arrested in the first place was for stealing Dunby's car while he was still asleep in the back seat.
